I have achieved so much while being at Tru Fit. First, I have gained so much strength mentally and physically. I was able to finally able to reach my goal of getting a mile under 8 minutes. I have lost 80 pounds and that is my greatest achievement. I have started meal prep and I stick to my diet and find a healthier options to substitute junk food. My mentality has changed. I was in such a dark place when I joined Tru Fit. After just the first month I was able to see all the potential I have. I am a much happier person and I started to believe in myself. I learned that things take time in order to see change. I know things may seem hard in the beginning but with dedication and motivation in yourself, you can achieve whatever goals you have. Don’t be discouraged if you see others doing better than you. We are all there for the same reason, to be a healthier and better version of ourselves. Things take time, have patience in yourself, most of all, HAVE FUN!

Working out can only take you so far, so changing diet is important, too. Meal prepping helped me eat healthy on a busy schedule. Tracking macros also made me more mindful of what I ate and how that would affect reaching my goals.
