I found what I was looking for at TRU FIT! The dynamic, fun and always innovative classes help to exercise every part of my body. The location is great, with a nice open air area and the instructors are very knowledgeable and are very involved in the progress of every one. They also have different classes throughout the day that helps with my work time. I definitely will continue my fitness goals with TRU FIT. I totally recommend TRU FIT if you are looking for a fresh new start something different from a regular gym.

LOVE IT! I joined with the intro month special and went about twice a week to start. Not going to lie, almost died the first class, but it felt great and each class after was still super challenging but do-able. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and all the attendees are amazing! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. The instructors walk around and help everyone to make sure you are doing each workout properly, you're not just left there on your own. The classes are 45 minutes of high intensity, challenging fun and you will be hooked in a week! 10/10

I love this boot camp- the coaches take their time explaining the workouts and they are all very motivating. The workouts are intense and although I don't always want to go I still make an effort and get my sweat on! I always end up leaving feeling accomplished. The Saturday class BTW is very challenging! I'm always drenched! Now to get my eating on track every day including SAT/SUN! like they say PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION! I would recommend!
