Burn & Build is a low-impact program and is about building your core, cardiovascular system and endurance. This class consists mostly of body weight exercises that are great for elevated fat loss. These workouts are designed to be combined with several days of Sweat & Shred programming for the ultimate TRU FIT transformation.

Burn & Build is our most popular program, as it is designed for all fitness levels. These are low-impact 45-minute sessions that focus on building your body from the ground up, leaving no muscle behind. These sessions combine aerobic and anaerobic activity to ensure you are building strength, cardio and endurance. Each training session has a specific focus of upper body, lower body, full body, calisthenics, agility and, finally, cardio and core. This varied training system ensures you will continue to shock your muscles helping you to quicken your results making you leaner and stronger faster!
