about us

TRU FIT BOOTCAMP is an all-inclusive strength and conditioning program (mental, nutritional and physical).

our story

The owner of TRU FIT BOOTCAMP, Ditanyon Demps, created the TRU FIT formula as a systematized fitness program designed to help you change your life.

Ditanyon developed an interest in fitness in 2000 while on a personal journey for overall good health. Ditanyon discovered he had a knack for training others while helping his college roommate lose over 40 lbs in three months.

Ditanyon credits his success to his three-step approach to fitness of mind, nutrition and constantly-varied exercise.

  1. The first step in the TRU FIT FORMULA is to work on the mind, as the body follows the mind. So, we must first fix the mind before starting any action towards success.

  2. Second is nutrition. “You can’t out work a bad diet.” Putting nutrition before exercise is vital in not wasting valuable hours in the gym only to ruin them at lunch and dinner.

  3. His third and final approach is constantly-varied exercise, as dull repetitive programs not only cause fitness plateaus, but also become less exciting and engaging over time due to the monotony.
