Program Description

There is no muscle left behind with these action-packed training sessions. A perfect combination of resistance training, cardio and core, these classes pick up where Burn & Build and Power & Performance leave off. They target specific muscle groups and energy systems that will boost your fat burn and build muscle. These classes are easily adaptable to fit all fitness levels making this an invaluable piece to the TRU FIT Formula.


You can expect to do partner workouts, obstacle course-style workouts and individual workouts every Saturday that include:


  • Running
  • Rowing
  • Plyometrics
  • Gymnastics
  • Isolated dumbbell movements
  • Squat and deadlift variations
  • Box jumps
  • Burpees
  • And much more!

This action-packed 60-minute session is going to kick your conditioning and endurance into high gear while helping you sculpt those muscles and improve fat loss. The intensity level will be up to you, but each class will have you:

  • Working in various heart rate zones, which will be monitored LIVE on our TVs, and tracked via custom heart-rate monitors — that you wear –designed specifically for this program.
  • Focused on improving conditioning and endurance
  • Sculpting those muscles

This class is designed to complement Burn & Build and Power & Performance classes and are easily adaptable for all fitness levels, making this an invaluable piece to the TRU FIT formula
