Our coaches have been trained in the exclusive TRU FIT BOOTCAMP program. This training, plus their professional certifications, provides them with a comprehensive understanding of how to maximize your workout to achieve healthy results efficiently and effectively.

DITANYON DEMPS
Over the past 23 years, Ditanyon has created his own unique approach to fitness, overall wellness and good health, which is the backbone of the TRU FIT formula. He has also trained and worked with some of Hollywood’s biggest writers, producers and celebrities.
Ditanyon is certified with APEX, the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), The American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a lifestyle and weight management consultant, National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He has a Level 1 & 2 Trainer Certificate in CrossFit and accreditation’s in supplemental and sports supplementation, brain-based psychology, power and plyometrics and Olympic weightlifting.

Andrew Runk
Coach Andrew has earned every bit of muscle on his frame. He knows how to bring the best out of you and your workout; just don’t stop before time is up. Andrew is NASM certified in personal training, bodybuilding and group training, plus PARISI speed school, Training for Warriors and GEAR spin.

Yael Gilboa
Coach Yael is a constant source of positivity, smiles and motivation. Her youthful energy combined with her dedication to ensure TRU FIT members can and will achieve their goals. Yael is NASM certified in personal training and nutrition.

Christian Ylagan
Coach Christian loves watching members accomplish feats they never thought possible. As a fitness competitor, he wants to help others ignite change within them. So, if you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, look no further.

Lisa Rivera
Coach Lisa is the mama bear of our coaching crew. Her nurturing coaching style helps TRU FIT athletes achieve a goal they never thought they could achieve. Lisa may be the protective one, but as a former athlete, she still brings the burn and intensity to every class.

Matt Kelly
Coach Matt brings you energy to class that you had better ready to match. His natural fitness ability and positive attitude will make you want to put in that extra effort in every workout.
