What is TRU FIT BOOTCAMP?

We offer clients in the greater Los Angeles area a fitness bootcamp that delivers results and workouts that challenge the body every time. This program is tailored to YOUR individual goals and educates you on exercise and nutrition, so you can make smarter decisions outside of the gym. TRU FIT BOOTCAMP challenges you mentally and physically. Most importantly, TRU FIT guides and supports you into becoming the best version of yourself.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for your first month for only $59. Your one-month trial of unlimited classes starts with an in-person orientation, where we go over our programming, classes, community and membership pricing. You are not just a number, so we want to learn about you and your goals. Then, we work with you throughout your trial to help you determine what membership package will work best for you and help you achieve your goals.

Do you do drop-ins?

No. We do not offer single drop-in classes. We want you to get the full TRU FIT experience. So, please take advantage of our one-month trial for only $59 that includes an orientation and physical fitness evaluation.

Is TRU FIT good for beginners?

TRU FIT is tailored to all individuals. Whether it is your first time working out or you’ve been doing it for years, we make all exercises and workouts accessible and doable for all levels.

What if I have an injury?

Our coaches will work with you to provide workout modifications or movement variations to provide the same results without aggravating or impacting any previous injuries.

What is the difference between Burn & Build and Power & Performance classes?

Burn & Build is high intensity interval training program designed for all levels of fitness. In this program you will increase your cardio endurance, flexibility and mobility, strengthen your core and burn fat. Power & Performance focuses on strength training and techniques for weightlifting. This is the ultimate full-body workout with high intensity strength and power training.
