You can expect to do partner workouts, obstacle course-style workouts and individual workouts every Saturday that include:
This action-packed 60-minute session is going to kick your conditioning and endurance into high gear while helping you sculpt those muscles and improve fat loss. The intensity level will be up to you, but each class will have you:
- Working in various heart rate zones, which will be monitored LIVE on our TVs, and tracked via custom heart-rate monitors — that you wear –designed specifically for this program.
