Clients who have tested out of Burn & Build and into Power & Performance will focus on strength training and techniques for weightlifting. This is the ultimate full-body workout with high intensity strength and power training. These workouts are designed to be combined with several days of Sweat & Shred programming for the ultimate TRU FIT transformation.

Power & Performance is our high impact and more intense program. This is an overall skill- and performance-centered training program. Clients who are ready, willing and able to advance from our 45-minute Burn & Build sessions to our 60-minute Power & Performance sessions can expect improvement in strength, power, speed and metabolic conditioning.
