Clients who have tested out of Burn & Build and into Power & Performance will focus on strength training and techniques for weightlifting. This is the ultimate full-body workout with high intensity strength and power training. These workouts are designed to be combined with several days of Muscle Metabolic programming for the ultimate TRU FIT transformation.

Clients who are ready, willing and able to advance from our 45-minute Burn & Build sessions to our 60-minute Power & Performance sessions can expect improvement in strength, power, speed and metabolic conditioning.
